Steelhead Capital Commercial MortgageSteelhead Capital teamed up with OptiSite Inc in January 2003 to draft a long term online marketing plan. Phase One of this plan began wtih in depth marketplace and keyword research while increasing traffic from both paid (pay-per-click) and free (organic) search engine rankings. A key element of Phase One was the construction of relevant site content based on our research for long term traffic and visibility gains. After signifcant gains in web site traffic and commercial loan request leads, Phase Two of the partnership commenced in November 2003. Phase Two focused on a strategic rebuild of the Steelhead Capital site with a stronger "private banking" brand awareness with an emphasis on their industry leading commercial loan rates. This development phase included the launch of their commercial mortgage blog, critcal to providing ongoing relevant information to their audience of commercial finance investors. Phase Three, in which we are currently engaged, involves analysis and refinement of the commercial loan request system. Our primary goal here is to continually increase the depth of helpful information offered to commercial loan clients while improving the quality of the leads and frequency of closings.
